| KAMLOOPS SYMPHONY early subscription price deadline for the 2010-2011 Season is June 30th.
Kamloops Symphony Music Director Bruce Dunn heads into his 21st season with another fabulous set of exciting programs. Kamloops audiences can look forward to experiencing music, both new and familiar, with the orchestra and Canadian soloist from right here at home and joining them from across the country. The Chamber Music series features members of the Kamloops Symphony as well as special guests, including Germany's Jacques Thibaud Trio with Canadian pianist Anton Kuerti and British Columbia born tenor Richard Margison. The 10 Classic Series programs include the classic (Bruch, Kodaly, Martinu); Christmas with the KSO (a seasonal favourite); Sing Along Messiah (the ultimate in audience participation); Viennese composers (Strauss, Lanner and much more); A Midsummer Night's Dream (actors, singeres and young women’s chorus); Rodrigo and Roux (guitar and flute soloists); A Cabaret-style program with Patricia O Callaghan; Tchaikovsky and Glinka (piano soloist); and Italianissimo! with Quartetto Gelato.
